The Freestore Foodbank (www.freestorefoodbank.org) collects only aggregate information pertaining to visitors to its network of sites, including domain name, visited pages, referring URL's, and other publicly available information. The Freestore Foodbank uses this information to help improve its web site and services.

The Freestore Foodbank does not sell or commercially make available any specific information about its users or members other than in aggregate form, except in cooperation with law enforcement bodies in regards to content violations or violations of applicable laws.

The following section pertains to features not yet incorporated into The Freestore Foodbank web site. We expect to be adding a member agency section in the future to which the following will apply.

The Freestore Foodbank maintains a database of member information which is used only for internal purposes such as advertising, technical support and notifying members of changes or enhancements to the service. The Freestore Foodbank reserves the right to regularly communicate with members pertaining to new services, available products, and special discounts which may be of interest to members of the community.

Any Freestore Foodbank member agency may cancel their membership at any time by going to http://members.freestorefoodbank.org/cgi-bin/util/deleteaccount. When an account is canceled all user information is removed from the Freestore Foodbank system except that in aggregate form.
