TEFAP guidelines were obtained by multiplying the 2004 Federal income poverty guidelines by 1.5 and by rounding to the next whole dollar.  Weekly and monthly guidelines were computed by dividing annual income by 52 and 12, respectively, and by rounding upward to the next whole dollar.
